This time you're right, this is just chase scene after chase
scene after chase scene. This one was even more confusing than the first, in fact, I'm not sure there was a plot at all. This one was stupid, with a car chase scene that almost made me throw up. This isn't half as good as the first, way more confusing, and very stupid. Not To See: That is the answer.
