The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert Rated R
The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert is a very fun
film. The cinematography is excellent, and so is the acting. It has a great cast (Guy Pearce, Terence Stamp) and a great mood, too. It is about three drag queens who are doing a bunch of shows out of town, so they have to drive through a desert in a van named Priscilla to get there. It's fun, silly, and very funny. That keeping in mind, it is pretty inappropriate. There is a bunch of swears, including the f word. The worst part of it is people being homophobic. People vandalize the van, threaten them, etc. There is a little talk about sex, but its not that bad. Overall, The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert is a fun, well shot, and well acted film. To See: That is the answer.
